We offer a broad range of shipping options due to our long-standing partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse staff are highly skilled and will pack your goods in accordance to our exact and precise specifications. Your items are carefully inspected and secured properly prior to shipping. We deliver to thousands of clients each day across multiple countries. This is a sign of our determination to be the largest online retailer on earth. Both Europe and the USA have warehouses and distribution centers.
Orders that contain more than 1 item are assigned processing periods for each item.
Prior to shipping Our team will conduct an exhaustive inspection of the items you purchased. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3-7 working days.
Returns
The stock market is always changing. It's not completely managed by us, as we have multiple organizations, such as the factory and our storage. Stock levels can fluctuate at any given time. Be aware that it's possible that your order will be out of stock after you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If you don't receive your item within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer either a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
